This notice explains how Cumberland Worklink handles information collected through our candidate interest list at cumberlandworklink.com.

What we collect

We collect your name, city, state, email address or phone number, the contact methods you choose, and any optional work interests or availability you provide. We also save the time and source of signup, the notices and consent language you accepted, and records of changes to your contact status. Signing up does not verify ownership of an email address or phone number.

The website uses a session cookie to protect forms and staff access. Our hosting provider may process standard security and access logs, including IP addresses and browser information. The signup application uses a keyed, nonpublic hash of an IP address for short-term rate limiting. We do not use advertising trackers, sell this interest list or use it to market unrelated businesses.

How we use and share information

We use your details to manage the interest list, respond to requests, plan future staffing services and contact you through the methods you select. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers needed to host and operate the website or handle approved communications. We do not provide identifiable candidate profiles to prospective client companies at the interest-list stage. We may disclose information if legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

This form does not create an employment relationship and does not authorize a background check. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial information or medical details.

How we protect and retain information

We use HTTPS for transmission, encrypt the saved candidate records and restrict staff access. No system can guarantee absolute security. We review inactive interest records after 12 months and retain or remove information under our recordkeeping requirements. Some information, including consent history and a minimal record of a request not to be contacted, may be retained longer to meet legal obligations or honor your choices.

Your choices and requests

Call 606-753-2120 or write to the address below to correct your details, withdraw contact permission, leave the list or request access or deletion. We may need to verify your request. We will stop outreach promptly and handle retention requests subject to applicable law and legal holds. You may use the unsubscribe instructions in future emails and tell us to stop live calls. A broad request to stop contacting you will be applied to all recruiting channels.

Applicable privacy rights depend on the information and how it is used. Certain employment-related information is treated differently under Kentucky privacy law. This notice does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Text message terms

Text messages are optional. By selecting text messages on the form, you agree that Cumberland Worklink may send recurring recruiting and staffing messages to the number you provide, including messages using automated technology if that program is activated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to a message to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also call 606-753-2120 to withdraw consent or get assistance. We honor other clear requests to stop. Consent to texts is not required to join by another available method, apply, be hired or make a purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process it solely to deliver and manage our authorized messages.

The signup form itself sends no text messages. Any future messaging program must honor these choices and the relevant provider and legal requirements. Let us know if you stop using the phone number you provided.
